# Api remove background Photoroom

Please help me explain why the background removal API to see why there have been slow responses in the past few days .some api don’t. and it just happen in the past few day, It negatively impacts my customers’ experience.

some api work and some api don’t and it just happen in the past few day

some api response 3s , some api response 1 minute , and some api not working
