We are using the PhotoRoom API v2 in production. We have identified a consistent issue where Arabic text on product surfaces is completely distorted in the output image. Latin text on the same product is preserved correctly.
The issue persists regardless of `lighting.mode` value (`ai.auto` or `ai.preserve-hue-and-saturation`), confirming the distortion occurs during the segmentation/background removal stage, not the color processing stage.

**Reproducible:** Yes — occurs with every product containing Arabic script.

**Expected result:** Arabic text preserved exactly as in the original image.

**Code used:**
{
“imageUrl”: “\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*”,
“export.format”: “jpg”,
“outputSize”: “2896x2896”,
“padding”: “0.05”,
“horizontalAlignment”: “center”,
“beautify.mode”: “ai.auto”,
“background.color”: “#FFFFFF”,
“shadow.mode”: “ai.soft”,
“verticalAlignment”: “center”,
“lighting.mode”: “ai.auto”,
“ignorePaddingAndSnapOnCroppedSides”: “false”
}

**Market impact:** This affects all Arabic-language product packaging, covering KSA, UAE, Egypt, and the broader MENA region.
