# Background Removal API Produces Different Results Than Photoroom Platform

We are experiencing issues with background removal through the Photoroom API. Despite implementing the recommended `pr-hd-background-removal: auto` header, certain images are still not being processed correctly.

However, the same images produce correct results when processed directly through the Photoroom platform.

We have attached the images below for reference where Image 1 is the image we got from your API, Image 2 is the image we got from your platform and the Image 3 is the Original Image

**How can we resolve this issue and ensure the API produces the same background removal results as the Photoroom platform?**
