# Billing & Invoice Inquiry - University Startup Project

**Hi Photoroom Support Team,**

I am planning to subscribe to the Photoroom API for a university startup project in Vietnam. To receive a refund from my university, I must provide a **formal Commercial Invoice** that includes specific personal details.

Could you please confirm if your system allows me to: 1. Include my **Full Name, Home Address, and Personal ID number (CCCD)** on the final invoice? 2. Is there a “Billing Address” or “Notes” field where I can manually enter this information before making the payment? 3. Does Photoroom support payment via **Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)**? My university strongly prefers this method for official reimbursement.

If you have a sample invoice that shows how these details appear, that would be very helpful.
