# URGENT: API credits not renewing

Hi Photoroom team, I paid for API credits two hours ago, but they still haven’t been added to my account, and requests continue to return HTTP 402. This is urgent—could you please help? I can share the invoice and account details privately.

There can sometimes be a delay before credits appear. If you’re still seeing HTTP 402 or your balance hasn’t updated, please contact our API support team and we’ll help investigate.
