Assistance with Placing Logo on an Image + API Access Inquiry

Dear Photoroom Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well!

I’m currently trying to place my logo onto another image using your platform. I already have both the logo file and the background image ready, but I’m unsure which tool or workflow to use to simply overlay the logo onto the image (for example, a product photo).

I explored the AI Tools section and tried using the “Logo” tool, but it appears to be more focused on generating new logos rather than placing an existing one onto another image.

Could you please guide me on the correct tool or process to achieve this?

Additionally, I’m curious—does Photoroom offer an API for this kind of functionality (logo placement on custom images)? If so, is it possible to control or specify the placement coordinates of the logo via the API?

Any help or documentation you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards,
Felix

Hi @fbekeshov,

Would you be able to share an example image of what your desired output result might look like?

For context, there is a feature in mind that I think would be best suited for your use case, but this will help me guide you properly.

(For example, there is a tool called Templating which could support this).

Hello

I have the same need. I’d like to add a logo, a background, a context to an image.

Logo works well with playground but how can I do it with API ?

Thanks

Hi there,

Do you have a sample of an output image you’d like to see as the end result?

Thanks in advance,

hello
Sure.
First one, image of the product
Second one, the same but in the context of the customer : logo and for a hotel
It works online but not with API

the final image expected with the API

Thanks for sharing this @gilles , currently in the API you would be able to use templating to achieve this (sharing the documentation here). I am going to pass along your feedback to our product team regarding being able to have this as a simple step in the API replicating the playground version.

Do you have any estimates on volumes you would be able to share as well?
