I’m a pro user and the batch background removals keeps crashing, it lags like it cant handle 5 photos or more, im using the latest photoroom update, the latest Android UI, Samsung Galaxy s21+
I’ve removed and re installed the app, cleared cache, why is this constantly failing? It’s been 2 weeks of not been able to use the service I bought it for.
I ttried to use your customer support channel but after 3 days of no responses it got closed which was highly frustrating.

Yes as mentioned nobody responds to requests, mine was answered by an AI agent then closed without response and that process took 3 days!

It’s been 3 days and I haven’t even had an email acknowledgement of the issue I emailed to the person you asked me to email. Do you guys even have a working support team? I haven’t been able to use batch exports for weeks now due to crashing when uploading images. If this continues I’ll want a refund and I’ll use an app that actually works, or at a minimum a functional support team.
