Error with API Playground

I’m trying to use the API Playground with my API KEY and I have a Pro Plan. The API Playground gives me an error every time I configure my API - I already tried with two different APIs, but always with the same result.

At first, I’m using the sandbox API until I learn it - I don’t care about the watermark, but I also tried with the live API KEY but got the exact same result:

I tried the help icon on the bottom of the screen but they simply redirected me to this forum.
Can you help?

You shouldn’t need to input an API key in this playground, where are you looking to input your key?

When I upload a custom picture, at the bottom of the screen there’s a button saying “Remove watermark”. When I click it, there’s another popup with a button “I already have a key”, and then I can insert my API Key. Without doing this, several features seem “blocked”, so it’s not about the watermark. After doing it, the errors start.
