402 Usage Limit Error After New Payment for Background Removal API

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Photoroom Background Removal API.

I had used all 1,000 background removal requests included in my monthly subscription, so I made a new payment on June 13 to continue using the service.

However, even after the payment was completed, I still receive a 402 error when trying to use the API. The error message says that the usage limit has been exceeded.

I have already checked the available reference information, but I could not find a solution. I also contacted support through the chat service and have been waiting since yesterday for an agent, but I still have not received proper assistance.

Could someone from the support team please check my account and payment status and confirm why the API limit has not been updated?

I would appreciate a clear answer from a real support representative, not another generic automated response.
