I created a new API account to test the Remove Background API (Basic) before subscribing.
Your website and API-key page advertise 10 free production calls. However, my API dashboard shows:
- 0 of 0 trial images remaining
- 0 images used
My first POST request to https://sdk.photoroom.com/v1/segment returned HTTP 402 (Payment Required). No output image was returned. I have not retried the request.
Could you please check why the advertised trial credits are missing and activate them so we can evaluate the background-removal quality?
