I subscribed to the Plus plan earlier today, but after doing a bit more math on my project’s expected volume, I realized the $20 Basic plan is actually the perfect fit for my current needs.
Could you please help me downgrade my account to the $20 Basic plan and refund the difference? Alternatively, if it’s easier to issue a full refund so I can manually repurchase the Basic plan on my dashboard, that works for me too.
