We have upgraded our plan today from a 10k background removal plan (200€/month) to a 20k background removal plan (400€/month).
As per your FAQ the upgrade should be instant, but the dashboard still shows the 10k limit, while hitting “Upgrade” tells us we are on the 400€/month plan.
Can you please help us resolve the issue? I’m happy to share any needed details over DM, but it seems I can’t DM you right now.
