Failed Batch Download in API Web Demo Tool - Requesting Reimbursement Credits

We recently submitted a batch of 707 images for processing via the web app, but we were unable to download the processed images due to an error. A screenshot of the error message is attached for verification.

We have the API Plus Plan subscription.
