We ran out of API images (credits), and got an email informing about that. When clicking the button in the email to buy more images, it gives error “There was an issue computing your data. Contact support.”
I asked in the chat on the site, and they just gave me a link to this forum.
I changed the plan from 2000 to 5000 images per month, but that does not seem to have effect before the next plan renewal (January 14th).
So, I’m currently not able to use the API. Can you please fix this?
The company is Jobbkort AS, and the user is Eivind Ravndal. We only use the API, not the app itself.
