How to set up Make and PhotoRoom? Confused about a step in the tutorial

Hi everyone,

I’m following a tutorial to set up Make and PhotoRoom, but I’m stuck on a step that doesn’t exactly match the tutorial. I’m not sure what to fill in at this point.

Can someone please guide me on how to complete this step correctly and what information is needed?
