Can't activate the subscription

Hello Photoroom team,
our dev team purchased the subscription, we see the Pro badge on the left in the menu, but API dashboard says we have 0 of 0 images left and that we’re on a free trial.

The request fails with 402: You have exhausted the number of images in your plan.

Could you please help us resolve the issue?

Hi @labl-dev ,

It shows that you have multiple API keys created (different team’s). Could you send me a DM with email associated to the purchase and the desired API key you’d like this to be associated with (first few digits only).
