Subscription purchased but not activated, API calls being throttled

Hi Photoroom team,

I recently purchased a subscription to your API, but it doesn’t appear as active in my account. Also when I try to make API calls, they are being throttled.

Could someone please help me resolve this and activate my subscription?

Hi Daria,

I can see the active subscription on our end however you did create multiple keys. I am sending you a DM with your key that contains credits to ensure you are using the correct one.
