Unable to take out a new subscription on API

Hello,

I tried to contact support by phone, mail, chat and nobody’s answering me.

I’m unable to take out a new subscription on API. The button Confirm does not work.

I only have 400 images left until 8 April, which isn’t enough. I’d like to cancel and restart my subscription to get 5,000 images.

Could you please help me?

Or can you explain me how to create a new API account ?
I am only able to create personal account but I need only API.
I am ok to create a new account !

Thank you for your help, I am kind of desperate now…

Hey @Alexandre what happens when you click confirm on the plan? And what email do you have associated with your account?
