The problem with the transparent background

Hello, I have a problem with api doing transparent background, when it finishes it leaves like texture behind the product, on some the texture is small on some big. But on all of them the texture is visible it is not cleared properly as it should be, for some reasons there is that texture behind and it is ruining my e comm store

Here is the one of them that has bigger problem like this it is not clear behind the product as it should be. The other ones are really visible when I put them on white background

I’m having the exact same problem.

The problem happens only when asking for shadow.

I’m using those parameters for the request :
