API Credits did not update even after upgrading to Pro plan

Hi Photoroom Team,
I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’m experiencing with the Photoroom API. Despite subscribing to the Photoroom Pro plan (which offers 1,000 images for $20 and charges $0.10 per AI-edited image), I’m currently unable to edit any more images. The system is indicating that I’ve reached the limit of 10 free images per month, and my API Dashboard still shows the status as trial.

I’ve attached the receipt confirming the payment was successfully processed back on 1st July. Could you please look into this and let me know what steps I need to take to resolve the issue?
