Upgraded to Max Plan - No credits?

We upgraded to a PAID Max plan about three hours ago.

Each time we try to use the API, it’s telling us have zero credits.

{“error”:{“message”:“You have exhausted the number of images in your plan. Visit https://app.photoroom.com/api-dashboard to update your plan”}}

The API still works for the sandbox for testing – but with watermark.

Please help.

After much testing, we had planned to roll this out today, but cannot have a watermark.
