We are currently on the Basic Plan with 5.000 images (€100). In September we intended to switch to renew the Basic Plan with 10.000 items (€200), so we were charged €200 on September 13th.
On September 15th we were charged an additional €400, which means we were overcharged by €400. As you can see from our account history, we did not use that higher plan at all and were simply billed too much.
I reached out to your support team, and they asked me to post it here.
Could you please arrange a refund for the €400? We plan to continue working with Photoroom as a B2B partner and expect to grow further, but it would be great to have this billing issue resolved soon.
