I recently upgraded our package on the platform, but it still shows that we only have 2 images available. The renewal date has correctly updated to today, and when I click on “Change Plan,” it shows the correct upgraded plan (10,000 images/month). However, the dashboard still reflects the previous plan - both in terms of total monthly images and remaining images.
I’m reaching out as it’s important that we’re able to generate more than 2 images today and in the coming days. We’re expecting the same volume of activity as we’ve had over the past few days, so it’s essential this issue is resolved as soon as possible. What should we do? We need more credits today.
